Super Bowl week has begun. Jim and I happened to be in San Francisco on Saturday and saw many football fans sporting their team colors as they attended Super Bowl City. Jim is currently working in the center of all of the excitement since his office is literally smack in the middle. I’m hoping to bring the kids later this week to check out all of the fun.

Even though our favorite team, the 49ers are not in this year’s Super Bowl we are planning to enjoy the day with food, drink and lots of yelling.

I’ve found some delicious snacks I’m hoping to try this weekend and I’d like to share them with you.

First up:

Seven Layer Dip

I love this Seven Layer Dip idea from the blog The Girl Who Ate Everything. This is perfect for my double dipping 5 year old.

Lasagna Cupcakes

Also from the blog The Girl Who Ate Everything I found these Lasagna Cupcakes. I like the idea of using wonton wrappers, I think it would be much easier then working with lasagna noodles.

Philly Cheesecake Sliders

I’ve been on a slider kick lately so I wanted to make sure I found one for this post. This Philly Cheesecake Slider from the blog Hungry Harps is a great alternative to a traditional burger slider.

Jalapeno Popper Bites

Jalapeno Popper Bites

Jim will love this snack with a kick, Jalapeño Popper Bites from site Table Spoon.

Crock Pot Chicken Wings

Crock Pot Chicken Wings

Football and wings is a perfect combination. I love that these Chicken Wings from The Country Cook can be made in my crockpot.

Buffalo Chicken Crescents

The Pillsbury website has so many great recipes, I found this delicious and beautiful Buffalo Chicken Crescent Ring that could easily be a dinner dish.

Loaded Potato Bites

This is my favorite recipe from my list. Potatoes, cheese, sour cream and bacon. I’m starving as I type this. These Loaded Potato Bites from The Comfort of Cooking are a easy alternative to potato skins.

Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie

Last but not least dessert. With this Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie from the blog Belly Full you are going to want to eat dessert first on Sunday.

Which one of these recipes would you like to try?

Until next time,

Linking up to these fabulous parties.
